About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

The plugin extends Shopware to allow the management of multiple warehouse locations within a single system and the display of stock levels by sales channel. The plugin supports scenarios where stock levels need to be managed separately for different sales channels, such as for different shops, countries, brands or distribution channels.

Managing warehouse locations
The plugin allows you to create and manage as many warehouse locations as required. After installation, the default warehouses “Main Warehouse” and “Secondary Warehouse” are created automatically, so that warehouse management can be used immediately. Separate stock levels can be maintained for each warehouse. Management applies to both products and variants.

Warehouse allocation per sales channel
A warehouse can be assigned to each sales channel. The stock and availability information for a sales channel is then based on the assigned warehouse. This allows different sales channels to be operated with independent stock levels, whilst product data remains centrally managed.

Warehouse-dependent stock and availability display

The stock display in the shop is based on the warehouse assigned to the sales channel. Availability, minimum order quantity and out-of-stock status are calculated automatically, taking into account the respective stock levels. Variants can be displayed or hidden depending on their availability in the assigned warehouse.

Installation

Open the Plugin Manager via Settings > System > Plugins
Upload, install and activate the plugin

Create a new warehouse

Settings > Extensions > Stock per sales channel > Warehouses > Create warehouse

The plugin allows you to create and manage as many warehouses as you like. After installation, the default warehouses “Main warehouse” and “Secondary warehouse” are created automatically. Separate stock levels can be maintained for each warehouse. Management applies to both products and variants,

Basic settings

Internal Id
Unique internal identifier for the warehouse.
Internal name
Internal name of the warehouse for management in the admin area.
Name
Display name of the warehouse.
Priority
Sets the priority of the warehouse.
Active
Enables or disables the warehouse.

Assignments

Assigned sales channel
Assigns the warehouse to a sales channel. Stock and availability calculations are then performed based on the assigned warehouse.

Manage stock levels

Settings > Extensions > Stock per sales channel > Product stock per warehouse
Stock levels can be managed centrally via the ‘Product stock per warehouse’ overview. All created stock levels are displayed there and can be filtered by warehouse.

Kataloge > Produkte > Produkt wählen > Tab Lagerbestände
In addition, stock levels are displayed directly next to the relevant product in the ‘Stock’ tab, where they can also be managed. For variant products, stock levels can also be maintained directly for each individual variant.

Select the warehouse for which stock levels are to be maintained

Stock Levels

Stock
Defines the current stock level of the product/variant in the selected warehouse.
Available Stock
Displays the stock of the product or variant available for sale in the selected warehouse.

Settings > Import/Export

A new profile ‘acris_multi_warehouse_stock’ is available here for exporting and importing stock levels as CSV files

Set fallback

Extensions > My Extensions > Stock per Sales Channel (Multi-Warehouse)
Here you can specify whether Shopware’s standard stock logic should be used in the event of missing stock levels.
