About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

Dynamic product groups’ can be created in the Shopware standard. As the number of these groups increases, it is easy to lose track of them. The plugin has the function of exporting these ‘dynamic product groups’ to a CSV file. In the process, you can select if a single product group or several groups should be exported at the same time. The exported data can then be imported into an MS Excel file, where it can be used for a better view and further processing.


The following fields are exported in the standard plugin:

  • Product Stream Name
  • Sales Channel Name
  • Product Name
  • Active
  • Product Manufacture
  • Product Number
  • Stock
  • Storefront URL

  • Admin URL


Certain fields can be deactivated in the plugin configurations if they should not be exported.


Using the plugin


Once the plugin has been installed, the corresponding export functions are available directly in the admin for the dynamic product groups:

    Export a dynamic product group:

    Catalogues > Dynamic product groups > click on the dynamic product group to be exported > click on the ‘Export CSV’ button at the botton

    Export several dynamic product groups:

    Catalogues > Dynamic product groups > select the corresponding product groups (several), then the context menu shows the additional function ‘Export CSV’
