About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

Maintaining multilingual content in Shopware can be very time-consuming. This plugin extends the Shopware admin with an AI-supported translation function that allows shop content to be translated automatically directly in the backend. The functions are fully integrated into the Shopware administration and can be used wherever content is maintained and edited.

Translation of central shop content
Using AI buttons next to individual fields or in the SMART BAR, content can be translated directly in the respective input field. Individual fields or several fields can be translated at the same time. Supported content includes product names, product descriptions, category names, category descriptions, properties, property values, dynamic product groups and snippets.
Integrated text translator
In addition to translating shop content, an integrated AI text translator for free text is available in the administration area. This can be used to quickly and directly translate any text into other languages within the backend.

Comparison between original and translation
The plugin offers a comparison view for better control of the results. In this view, the original text and the AI-generated translation are compared. This makes it easy to check translations and adjust them if necessary.

Support for all shop languages
The plugin supports all languages configured in the shop. Content can be translated directly from the configured original language into the desired target languages.
