Translator Pro – Automatic AI Translations for Products & Shop Content

• Fixed: Automatic translation of Shopping Experiences failed on database clusters such as Percona XtraDB Cluster or Galera. The translation used a MySQL lock that those setups do not allow, so every Shopping Experience translation stopped with an error while all other entities translated normally. The plugin now uses the locking mechanism of Shopware itself.

• New: Automatic (on-save) translations now show their progress in the notification centre a live "Translating : 3/5 languages" entry appears while an item is being translated in the background and clears when it finishes.
• Fixed: Translating a Shopping Experience on save is now recorded in the translation history, like all other entities.

• New: Support for multiple AI providers OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). A default provider is selected in the settings and the model can be switched per translation directly in the translation dialog.
• New: Bulk translation translate many records of an entity at once through a background job, with a progress bar, a stop option and a job overview, available as its own entry in the AI translation module.
• New: Automatic translation records can be translated automatically on change in the admin or on import via the Sync API, with a configurable handling of existing translations.
• New: Translation history every AI translation is recorded and can be opened to compare the original and translated values, with filters for entity, target language and date.
• New: Inline autocomplete for text editors context suggestions are shown while typing and accepted with the Tab key, respecting word boundaries.
• New: The "AI Translator" button now appears automatically on any admin detail page whose entity has translatable fields, including entities of other ACRIS plugins, without extra configuration.
• New: Token consumption tracking with an optional monthly budget and a usage overview in the settings.
• New: "Get available models" and "Test API connection" buttons in the settings for each provider.
• Improved: Redesigned translation dialogs with source and target language selection, a per-provider model picker and an editable result preview that shows finished translations as soon as they are ready.
• New: Media language linking when a text is translated, media links inside it are pointed to the language matching media. A media file can be linked to a counterpart for another language in the media details, and files whose names differ only by a language suffix (for example _EN and _DE) are matched automatically. Optionally the same is applied while the storefront renders.

• New: AI translation in the Shopping Experiences (CMS) editor. Text fields of CMS elements now show an "AI Translator" button directly in the element settings.
• Supported for all standard Shopware elements (such as Text and Headline) as well as the ACRIS CMS elements, including: Button, Button with category navigation, Button box, Multi box, Alert, Anchor, Back button, Tabs, Accordion, Link box, Text box, Category box with image, Newsletter, Show more text, Products online, Image gallery slider, and the Form builder (form title, button/submit text and every field's label, placeholder, info and help text).
• Sliders and repeatable elements are fully covered: the Banner Slider, Testimonial Slider and Features Tab Slider translate every slide individually (name and all text fields, e.g. topline, headline, text, comment, button and badge).
• Only genuine text fields receive the button (rich-text editors, single-line and multi-line text fields); configuration fields such as numbers, colours, sizes, links and selections are left unchanged.

• Compatibility with ACRIS SEO Professional: when it is installed, the AI translate button for the SEO meta title and meta description now appears directly inside the SEO cards on the category and product detail pages.
• New: AI translation is now available for the Open Graph title and Open Graph description on the product SEO tab.
• New: AI translation is now available for the ACRIS "variable assignment" meta title and meta description fields (priority 2) on the category and product SEO tabs.
• Fixed: a JavaScript error that could occur on the category detail page.
• Fixed: the "Cancel" button in the page header was displayed at the wrong, smaller height on the category, product, product stream and property detail pages.
• Fixed: the "AI Translator" button in the page header now reliably translates the page's fields and shows a clear message (including in German) when no source or target language is available, instead of doing nothing.

• Category SEO texts (meta title, meta description and keywords) can now be translated with the AI button, directly on the category's SEO tab.
• Email template content can now be translated: subject, sender name and description, as well as the HTML and plain-text body of the email.
• Form fields of the "Form builder 2" form builder can now be translated as well — form name, success and error messages, and each field's label, placeholder, tooltip and HTML content, via an "AI Translation" card in the form builder.
• Custom fields can now be translated, too: text, multi-line text and HTML (rich-text) custom fields show an AI translate button. This feature is switched off by default and can be enabled in the plugin settings.
• New: AI image alt-text generation. A "Generate alt text (AI)" button in the media sidebar creates an accessibility alt text and a title directly from the image. This feature is switched off by default and can be enabled in the plugin settings; it requires a vision-capable OpenAI model.
• Fixed: the AI button now translates the field's own value (or its inherited fallback value) instead of the field's placeholder hint.
• Fixed: the translate button could remain greyed out on description fields even when they contained text — it is now available whenever there is content to translate.

• Replaced the custom `acris_ai_toolbox_language` table with the core Shopware language table. Existing configured target-language selections remain valid; the extra table is removed via a migration on update.
• Replaced the raw stream-based OpenAI HTTP call with Symfony HttpClient, added a 30-second timeout, explicit HTTP status handling, and automatic retry with exponential backoff for transient errors (HTTP 429 and 5xx).
• Declared compatibility with `shopware/administration` in `composer.json` so the plugin fails fast on headless setups without the administration bundle.
• Added the public source and issues URLs to `composer.json` for better package metadata.
• Tightened error handling: the snippet translation endpoint now only maps the target-language-missing exception to a user-friendly message and lets other errors propagate with accurate details.
• Removed unused internal classes and a dead code path that referenced a non-existent configuration key.
• Internal: sales-channel context is now passed through the translation services from the request instead of being recreated as a default context.
