This plugin is a cool way to do it.

Blur boxes can be designed with a title, text and button on a background image.

The contents of the box can be freely defined in colour and size.

The display in the storefront can be described in such a way that in the normal state the box with image and title can be seen in it. If the mouse is moved over the box, the title opens and the text and button are shown with a blur effect.
