About the Extension
Your shop on your phone
With Wingman you can see how your shop is doing while you are on the go. The dashboard shows revenue, orders and your best-selling products. For every new order you get a push notification on your phone.
Wingman is a web app. On iPhone and Android it looks like a regular app, but you do not need an app store. It also runs in the browser on your desktop.
What Wingman can do
- Dashboard for today, yesterday, the last 7 and 30 days with revenue, orders, average cart value, comparison to the previous period and top 5 products
- Order list with search by order number or customer name and filters by status and period
- Order details with items, totals, addresses, payment and shipping method, status and tracking numbers
- Push notification for every new order, can be switched on or off per device
- Several shops in one app
Wingman is read-only. The extension does not change your orders or products.
How to set up Wingman
Install the extension, open the Wingman entry in the Shopware Admin and pair your device with a QR code or an 8-digit code. Then allow push notifications. On iPhone, add the web app to your home screen first. You will find detailed instructions under Installation.
Pairing also works on a desktop computer. Just enter the 8-digit code in the web app.
Who can see what
Only Admin users with the Wingman permission can see the Wingman module in the Admin. A paired device sees all orders of your shop, regardless of the order permissions of the user who paired it. Whoever gets the Wingman permission can see orders on the phone.
External services and privacy
Wingman uses external services:
- Wingman server by Biloba IT at wingman.biloba-it.de: registration of the extension, pairing of devices, brokering access to your shop and sending push notifications. Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany.
- Push services of Apple, Google, Mozilla and Microsoft: They deliver the push notifications. Which service is used depends on the browser of the device.
A push notification contains the title New order, the order number and optionally the order amount. You can switch off the amount per device. The Wingman server does not store order data. The web app reads it directly from your shop.
On the device, the web app caches the most recently loaded data so it can show a state while offline. Removing a shop in the web app deletes it.
Biloba IT processes data on your behalf. We provide the data processing agreement on request, and you can find the contact details in the privacy policy of the app.

When you uninstall the extension, the Wingman server deletes all data of your shop.
