This comprehensive AI tool lets you use cutting-edge ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Mistral technology directly in your Shopware store. Use AI both for automated customer assistance in the storefront and for the quick and easy creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized product and category texts. All you need is an account with one of the providers, and you can start generating texts right in your Shopware store.
Supported areas
The following areas are currently supported and will be expanded further in the future:
- Automated customer assistance (Shop Assistant) - Access to product data, categories, landing pages, shop pages, Shopping Experiences, and netzperfekt Blog. (OpenAI only)
- Product descriptions
- Product SEO meta titles and descriptions
- Product SEO keywords
- Alternative texts (alt texts) for images (mandatory under the new Accessibility Strengthening Act)
- Category descriptions
- Category SEO meta titles and descriptions
- Category SEO keywords
In addition, you can quickly and conveniently optimize product texts and image attributes via bulk editing. For example, you can provide all products in a category with optimized descriptions at the same time or generate automatic image attributes.
If you already have experience with AI technologies, you can flexibly select your preferred AI model (e.g., GPT-5.5) in the plugin settings. You can find pricing details at openai.com/pricing. Alternatively, you can simply use the default setting “GPT-5.5”.
Prompts Plus takes your AI-powered content creation to the next level. With the innovative MCP server integration (Model Context Protocol), you can incorporate external tools and data sources directly into the generation process.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol enables the AI to access external services during text generation. This allows the AI to retrieve current SEO data, conduct keyword research, or obtain competitive analyses – all in real time.

Custom fields straight from your prompts:
With Prompts Plus you can use your own custom fields from products, categories and properties as variables in your prompts. Product-, category- and property-specific data flows into text generation automatically. On top of that, AI-generated content can be written directly into custom fields on the product page — ideal for structured extras like care instructions, technical specs or USPs.

How it works:
- Activate Prompts Plus as an in-app purchase
- Configure your MCP servers in the server management
- Link the servers to your desired prompts
- The AI automatically uses the external data during generation

Frontend Assistant Plus — Chat analysis, confidence scoring & content gap reports
The in-app purchase Frontend Assistant Plus turns your frontend chats into a structured data source — from automatic categorization to quality scoring and content gap analysis.
Auto-categorization of chats
All chats are automatically sorted into one of seven categories — Shipping, Return, Product, Price, Availability, Technical and Other. At a glance you can see which topics actually matter to your customers.
Confidence scoring (AI quality rating)
Every finished chat (idle for at least 30 minutes) is scored on a scale of 0 to 10 — 10 = the AI nailed it, 0 = completely missed the point. You set the toggle and threshold (default 5) per assistant. Auto-categorization and confidence scoring share the same hourly background job — when both toggles are active, in a single AI call per chat.
Content gap analysis
In the logging tab you filter with "Low confidence only", select the weakly rated chats via checkboxes and click "Analyze content gaps". The AI summarizes the selected chats and produces a report on missing content, FAQs and help pages in your shop. All reports live in the new "Content gap reports" tab.
Create FAQ from chat
From the chat detail view, the AI suggests a fitting question and answer at the click of a button. Edit both and save — all FAQs are managed in the new "FAQ" tab.
CSV export of chat questions
Download all chat threads as CSV — one column per thread containing every question/answer pair. Filter by date, sales channel or category before exporting.
GDPR-compliant chat retention
In the assistant configuration, the "Chat retention in days" field defines how long frontend chats are stored. Chats older than the configured number of days are deleted automatically every day. New assistants and existing assistants without a configured value fall back to a default of 7 days.
Logs & Data — a tidier module
The previous "OpenAI - Log" area is now called "OpenAI – Logs & Data" and bundles every analysis in a clean tab structure — including the new "FAQ" and "Content gap reports" tabs.
Note: Confidence scoring, content gap analysis and the related tabs are exclusively part of the "Frontend Assistant Plus" in-app purchase. Without an active IAP, the toggle, filter, button and tab are hidden.
Accessibility support
The plugin helps you implement the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and make your online shop accessible. In particular, all relevant image information can be automatically stored with suitable “alt” texts. This ensures that users with visual impairments have access to all information – an important step toward complying with legal requirements and improving usability.
