About the Extension

With the plugin "Auto Translation Pro Lexicon", you enhance your translation setup with a powerful feature: manual control of individual terms. You can define how specific words or expressions should be translated—regardless of the translation service used.

This is especially helpful for:

  • Technical terms or industry-specific expressions
  • Brand names, product names, or proper nouns
  • Translation errors caused by machine translation services

How does it work?

In the Shopware backend, go to Content > Auto Translation Pro Lexicon to find an input form where you can create your glossary entries. Alternatively, you can conveniently import and export entries via CSV file—ideal for extensive lists.

During every translation, your defined terms are automatically detected and replaced—reliably and rule-based.

Note: When using Google Translate, side effects may occur despite safeguards. For optimal results, we recommend using DeepL.

This plugin is an add-on for the main plugin Auto Translation Pro and requires it.
