Microsoft Advertising (Bing) UET Tag for Shopware

Unlock Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) as an additional advertising channel for your Shopware store. The plugin cleanly integrates the Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag into your storefront and reports all relevant shop events for conversion tracking and dynamic remarketing - privacy-compliant and only after cookie consent has been given.

Conversion tracking & dynamic remarketing

The plugin automatically captures the key events along the buying journey and reports them to Microsoft Advertising:

  • Home - page view for building remarketing lists
  • Product view - including the product number
  • Category / listing pages - for category-based remarketing
  • Search - with the submitted search term
  • Cart - cart page view
  • Purchase - completed order with revenue and currency

This lets you measure your Microsoft Advertising campaigns precisely and re-engage visitors in a targeted way.

Privacy first

The UET tag is loaded only once the visitor has consented to the marketing category. If consent is withdrawn, tracking stops and the UET cookies that were set are removed automatically.

Supported are the Shopware cookie consent manager as well as seven external consent tools: Cookie Bot, CookieFirst, UserCentrics, ACRIS, CCM19, CMP and CookieYes. For custom setups, the consent data attribute can be defined freely in expert mode.
