Detect errors before your customers notice them - automatically via email

Problems in a Shopware shop often show up first in the system log - but hardly anyone checks it regularly. Biloba Notificator monitors the log for you and sends an email to the right people as soon as errors of a certain severity occur. This way, you’ll learn about disruptions before they affect your business or your customers.

What the plugin does for you

  • Automatic monitoring of the Shopware system log at a fixed interval
  • Threshold per log level - you define from which severity (e.g. error, critical, alert) a notification is triggered
  • Multiple recipients per notification
  • Cooldown to prevent email flooding - errors during the lockout period are not lost, but bundled into the next email

  • Language per alert - emails are sent in the selected language, for both test and automatic emails

Full control in the admin

You manage all notifications under Settings → Extensions → Email alerts. A list view shows you the status at a glance, and the detail form provides type-specific configuration. A dedicated log tab documents every trigger with status (triggered, failed) - including a timestamp in your local time zone.

Scalable and extensible

Biloba Notificator is based on a modular strategy pattern. The first stage monitors the system log; additional notification types can be added via tagged Symfony services and then managed normally in the admin.
