Detect errors before your customers notice them. Automatically via email.
Problems in a Shopware shop often show up first in the system log or in the log files, but hardly anyone checks them regularly. Biloba Notificator monitors both for you and sends an email to the right people as soon as errors of a certain severity occur. This way, you learn about disruptions before they affect your business or your customers.
What the extension does for you
- System log at a glance: automatic monitoring of the Shopware system log at a fixed interval
- Errors from log files: Many errors, e.g. from PayPal, Mollie or PHP, only end up in the shop's log files. The extension reads them as well and bundles equal messages with their count.
- Threshold per log level: You define from which severity (e.g. error, critical, alert) an alert is triggered.
- Exclude messages: Hide known, harmless messages by text, optionally only in one channel. The alert email states how many messages were hidden since the last email.
- Multiple recipients per alert
- Cooldown against email flooding: Errors during the lockout period are not lost but bundled into the next email.
- Custom email template and language per alert, for test and automatic emails
- Shop name in subject and email: instantly recognizable which shop an alert comes from
- Test sending per recipient directly from the admin, without cooldown and logged separately
Full control in the admin
You manage all alerts under Settings → Extensions → Email alerts. A list view shows you the status at a glance, and the detail form provides the settings per alert type. A dedicated log tab documents every trigger with status (triggered, failed) and a timestamp in your local time zone.
Setup via the Admin API
All alert settings can also be read and set via the Admin API, e.g. when you set up alerts by script in several shops. You can address an alert by its name as well. Recipients, exclusions and log files can be added or removed one by one.
Secure and tidy
- Granular permissions: controllable via Shopware roles (read, create, edit, delete)
- Protection of sensitive data: credentials and tokens are automatically masked in logs and alert emails.
- Automatic retention: log entries older than 180 days are cleaned up daily to keep the database lean.

- A configured Symfony Mailer for sending emails
- A running Messenger worker for automatic background execution
