Reward tier mode: reward tiers can now be disabled entirely, turning the plugin into a pure points program (collect and redeem points without tiers). Default: tiers enabled.
Option to control whether the tier discount and points redemption can be combined. When set to "not combinable", redeeming points takes precedence and the tier discount is waived for that order. Default: combinable.
