About the Extension

Create a Visual Storefront Navigation

Navigation for Category Images enhances the standard Shopware 6 navigation by displaying assigned category images alongside category names.

Instead of showing customers a text-only menu, the app creates a more visual shopping experience. Category images make important sections of your store easier to recognize and help customers find the products they are looking for.

Use Existing Category Images

The app uses images assigned to your Shopware categories. You can manage the category names, images and structure through the Shopware administration.

There is no need to migrate or duplicate your category data. Once suitable category images are assigned, the app displays them in the supported storefront navigation area.

Improve Category Discovery

Visual navigation can make stores with multiple departments or product groups easier to explore. Customers can identify categories using both the category name and its image, creating a clearer and more engaging browsing experience.
