we install you plugin on 3 of our Shopware 6.4.20 shops but we cant see the IP

we istall it on our webshop http://www.elektrorollstuehle.ch and we can see the button on new orders but we cant see any IP. Can you support us?

Currently, our plugin supports showing the customer IP for orders created from the time you install the plugin. Unfortunately, it cannot show the IP for previous orders on the site.
