About the Extension
The BWT Personalised Products Plugin allows your customers to personalise products themselves.
The personalisation options available to the end customer must be configured by the shop operator beforehand.
As a shop operator, you can freely select the position of the personalisation(s); multiple personalisations are also possible.
To make multiple personalisations available on the same product image, simply select the same image.
You can view items that have been personalised by customers in the order details page and also find them on the documents (invoice, delivery note).
As an end customer, personalised products are visible both in the shopping basket and in the order history.
If an end customer does not want to use all the personalisations of a product (e.g. only the front), they can simply deactivate them.
However, the customer must make at least one personalisation in order to order the product.
The live preview enables the customer to follow his configuration in real time.
