About the Extension

This extension enables an easy connection to Google Analytics 4. Since 1 July 2023 the switch from the predecessor "Google Universal Analytics" is mandatory. All available e-commerce events will be tracked by using the new Shopware App Scripts hooks. This makes it possible to build a rich extension that integrates more deeply with Shopware. Also, custom themes will automatically be compatible. 

This extension integrates natively with Google Analytics 4 and does not use Google Tag Manager on purpose. This way the performance has been improved and so has the Core Web Vitals.

  • Add to cart
  • Begin Checkout
  • Login
  • Purchase
  • Remove from cart
  • Search
  • Sign up
  • View product
  • View product list
