Who doesn't know. Many texts contain technical terms or designations that are not always clearly understandable for all customers. In order not to lose interest in the product, it is important to understand a clear and unambiguous product description. If you count professionals and amateurs among your customers, as a shop operator you are often in a quandary. On the one hand you want to appear professional, on the other hand as many customers as possible should understand the text so that the support does not have to answer unnecessary questions. With our plugin you can serve both target groups at the same time. Technical terms can be explained quickly and easily with a click. The customer does not have to leave the site for this. The term is explained in a modal window.
Shopware 6.4.0:
On the start page of the encyclopedia, your customers will be greeted with the latest and/or most read entries. As the shop operator, you decide how many entries and with which template they should be displayed. You can use these entries to display an informative introductory text and a general banner. The banner is displayed on all pages of the lexicon. The legend is located between the banner and the introductory text. With it, your customers can be advised by the lexicon categories. In the legend, all letters and numbers + special characters are activated as soon as an entry begins with them. Like the banner, the legend runs through every page of the lexicon.
The Pages category lists all entries for the selected letter, number or special character. Here your customers get an overview and can easily search for specific encyclopedia entries. Clicking on the "Read more" button takes you to the actual encyclopedia entry.
The dictionary entry is the most important part of the dictionary. Here, a term or a group of words can be explained in great detail. You can use e.g. B. Tables, pictures and lists everything clearly detailed. The assignment of products will be particularly valuable for you as a shop operator. You can not only explain the term, but also present products that are related to this entry.
A table of contents is a must for every encyclopedia. Your customers can get there via the "Table of Contents" link. The link is displayed below the legend, next to the "Home" link and is visible on all pages of the lexicon. All your entries in the table of contents are sorted alphabetically and structured according to the first letter in a simple and clear manner. Here your customers get the fastest overview of all created entries.
Shopware 6.5.0:
From version 3.1.1, all pages of the lexicon can be set up and designed via the worlds of experience. With the supplied lexicon elements you can build the lexicon as in the previous versions or you can completely redesign it. For those who don't have time for it, standard templates for the worlds of experience are included, which you simply have to assign in the plugin.

AJAX SEARCH:
- Activation of the search extension to include manufacturers
- Maximum number of displayed hits
- Determination of the screen size from which the search extension should be displayed

DISPLAY SETTINGS:
- Where should the terms be translated
- In the item descriptions

SETTINGS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES:

- Selected Products or Dynamic Product Groups

SEO technically, you not only generate unique content with each entry, you can also store a meta title, a meta description and meta keywords for each entry and each page in the lexicon. You maintain these in the entries or in the text modules.
New components for the adventure worlds
Some new components have already been added for Shopware 6.4. In the "Text" block you will find the "Coolbax Lexicon, Text" component. Texts contained in this component are taken into account and translated by the lexicon. With version 3.1.1 for Shopware 6.5, even the entire pages of the lexicon can be administered via the shopping worlds. With 9 lexicon-specific components, you can individually design your lexicon. Of course, you can also use all other components.
Presentation of your articles in the lexicon
Use the opportunity and present your products here as well. Often terms are used for several of your products. So why not present them in the entries. Create a connection between encyclopedia entries and articles and at the same time advertise your diverse range.
Different terms have one meaning
Who doesn't know that. Different words are often used for one term. In such cases, you do not have to create each term individually. You have the option of providing an entry with several search terms. If one of these terms then appears in the text, the entry is displayed.

Funktioniert sehr gut
Das hier ist genau richtig im Umfang, funktioniert und zwar ohne merkliche Verzögerungen.
Es reiht sich damit in einer Reihe weiterer Coolbax-Plugins ein, die wir erfolgreich nutzen, die einfach unauffällig und unspektakulär funktionieren.
Bestes Lexikon für Shopware!
Meiner Meinung nach ist dies das beste Lexikon für Shopware mit einem erstklassigen (!) Support!
Das Plugin lief zuerst nicht in unserer Installation, da es ein paar "technische " Probleme gab. Der Support hat sich intensiv um die Lösung des Problems gekümmert und mit einer neuen Version funktionierte dann das Plugin auch ohne Probleme in unserem Shop.
Wir - aber auch unsere Kunden - sind absolut zufrieden mit dem Plugin.
Das Lexikon ist eine Bereicherung für unseren Shop
