Marketplace order management
Do you want to expand your reach and offer your products on other platforms? In this case, marketplaces are an ideal option. Most of the time you are already heavily frequented and advertise on several channels to attract customers to their marketplaces. Get your share of the cake! No matter what external order - Amazon, eBay, Galaxus, Hood, Kaufland or/and OTTO - should be read into your system using the" external orders "(and at least one extension) import all orders from the marketplace into your system and give you an optimal overview. Data like:
- Marketplace
- Order date
- Marketplace Order no.
- Shopware order no.
- Customer Name
- Billing address
- Payment method
- Amount
- Order status
- Shipping
are already presented clearly and understandably in the overview. You can get the complete order details by clicking on the respective order. All details of the order and the items are clearly presented. The billing and delivery address can be adjusted later.
Several cron jobs ensure that the entire processes are carried out automatically. This means that external orders are imported and converted even on weekends or public holidays. Orders with missing address data also come into the system. They get stuck there and have to be corrected manually. No order is rejected and you can see at a glance which order requires rework. In addition, you will be informed by email about incomplete orders. If you want to have one or more orders immediately in the system and do not want to wait for the cronjob, you can simply import the order (possible with most marketplaces) manually. All you have to do is select the marketplace and enter the external order number. If the orders are imported and complete, they are automatically generated in a Shopware order and you can process them like any other order. As soon as an order is ready for dispatch, the plugin reports this information back to the marketplace with a transaction number (if available).

Correct afterwards
You have the option of changing order data in external order management. If your customer would like to have the delivery or billing address changed, you can also do so here. Post-processing in the event of transmission errors or missing customer data can also be carried out without losing the order. It is also possible to delete orders.
Manually or automatically
All processes that are executed as standard via cronjob can also be initiated manually. This applies to the order import (for most marketplaces), the generation of a Shopware order and the comparison of the shipping status.
From external orders to shop orders
As soon as an external order has been received in full, it will be generated in a Shopware order. The field Shopware order no. filled out. From now on you can process the order like all other orders, create documents or generate shipping labels.

Super Plugin, sehr schneller Support
Nach einem Shopware-Update kam es allerdings zu Problemen, weshalb ich den Support des Plugin-Entwicklers kontaktieren musste. Der Support war extrem schnell, kompetent und völlig unkompliziert – das Problem wurde zügig gelöst.
