This plugin allows you to export orders from your Shopware 6 system as CSV files in a flexible, powerful, and fully automated way. In addition to manual and scheduled exports, CSV exports can also be triggered directly via the Shopware Flow Builder – for any order-related events such as order placement, status changes, or other updates. Use pre-configured or fully customizable profiles to precisely define the data you want to export.

If automated exports only run while the Administration is open, please ask your hosting provider to enable the background worker. Manual exports work without any worker.

It's a nice and flexible plugin, being able to export direkt from order overview with a custom selection of orders and a custom selection of included fields is very useful. It's also rather easy to setup. We've found some minor bugs with special cases, but support has been quick to respond so far and are acting on it.

Mit dem Plugin kann man Bestell- und Bestellpositionsdaten mit Hilfe der Filter aus der Bestellübersicht exportieren. Das ist wichtig, weil bspw. SW6 Stand heute aus irgendwelchen Gründen keine Möglichkeit bietet, den Zeitraum zu begrenzen und das KI-Tool nicht wie gewünscht funktioniert. Man kann aber auch zusätzlich die zahlreichen anderen Filter nutzen und die Exportdaten sehr bequem zusammenstellen, etwa für gezielte Auswertungen oder Abrechnungen.
Funktioniert einwandfrei und als wir dem Support mitteilten, dass uns ein wichtiger Eintrag fehlt, kam innerhalb von zwei Stunden ein Update mit dem gewünschten Eintrag! Besser geht's nicht, danke.

How many orders can I export at once?

There is no maximum limit anymore. You can export an unlimited number of orders — even very large datasets are processed without any issues.

Can I automate the export process?

Yes, the plugin supports automated export via Shopware scheduled tasks (cron jobs). The CSV file can be created and sent via email or FTP automatically.

Which export formats are supported?
