About the Extension
CSV Export for Orders – Flexible & AutomatedImportant: To use this plugin, you must install and activate the following base plugin:
This plugin allows you to export orders from your Shopware 6 system as CSV files in a flexible, powerful, and fully automated way. In addition to manual and scheduled exports, CSV exports can also be triggered directly via the Shopware Flow Builder – for any order-related events such as order placement, status changes, or other updates. Use pre-configured or fully customizable profiles to precisely define the data you want to export.
✅ New in Version 5.0.6
- Improved handling of large exports (over 10,000 orders)
- Export process now uses chunked writing to CSV for better memory management
- Progress tracking and logging extended
- Full filter support from admin order listing (e.g. custom fields, line items, sales channel, etc.)
- Improved performance and stability during automated export
? New in Version 7.0.0 – Incremental / Delta Export (In-App Purchase)
The optional "Delta Export" In-App Purchase keeps your ERP or accounting in sync without duplicates by exporting only what changed:- Export only new or changed orders – each run picks up orders created or updated since the last successful export
- Per-profile toggle with a resettable watermark – enable delta mode only where you need it; reset to re-export everything anytime
- Works across every trigger – manual, scheduled, Flow Builder and CLI exports
- The watermark advances only after a successful run, so a failed export never skips orders
- Without an active In-App Purchase every export stays a full export – the base feature set stays unchanged
? New in Version 5.0.21 – Pro Formats & ERP Templates (In-App Purchase)
The optional "Pro Formats & ERP Templates" In-App Purchase adds extra output formats and ready-made target-system presets:- Excel (XLSX), JSON and XML – in addition to the free CSV export
- One-click ERP templates – pre-configured fields and format settings for DATEV, JTL-Wawi, Billbee, Xentral and Lexware
- The output format can be combined with any export profile – manual, scheduled, Flow Builder or CLI
- Without an active In-App Purchase the export falls back to CSV automatically – the base feature set stays unchanged

System requirement for automated exports:
Scheduled/automated exports run via your shop's background worker (message queue & scheduled tasks – a standard Shopware feature). This is active by default on Shopware Cloud and most managed hostings. If automated exports only run while the Administration is open, please ask your hosting provider to enable the background worker. Manual exports work without any worker.

Installation Instructions
- Install the CNK Foundation plugin via the Plugin Manager
- Install the CSV Export for Orders plugin
- Activate the plugin
Automatic sending (scheduled exports)
Scheduled exports (automations) run via the Shopware background worker – just like every scheduled task in Shopware. On a properly operated shop they run automatically, with no manual action.Requirement: an active worker. Recommended for production (permanent, e.g. via Supervisor/systemd or cron):
bin/console scheduled-task:run and bin/console messenger:consume async
If your hosting cannot run a permanent worker, trigger the task via a cron job instead (e.g. every 5 minutes) with the standard Shopware command bin/console scheduled-task:run-single cnk_order_csv_export.task – the export then runs directly inside the cron invocation (no message queue).

7.0.5 6.7.0.0 - 6.7.12.2
- Fix: Scheduled (automated) exports now run reliably. A due automation is processed in a single step instead of a chain of background messages, which resolves cases where automated exports did not run although other scheduled tasks were active. Each run's success or failure is visible in the export log.
- Fix: The "Validate" button for the FTP settings now correctly reports a failed FTP login (wrong host, port, user or password) as an error instead of always showing a success message.
- Note: Scheduled exports require an active background worker — like every scheduled task in Shopware (standard on Shopware Cloud and managed hosting). Without a permanent worker, the export can be triggered via cron with bin/console scheduled-task:run-single cnk_order_csv_export.task.
7.0.0 6.7.0.0 - 6.7.12.2
- Bugfix: The automation option "Send by email" now reliably delivers the exported file; in some configurations the email was silently skipped and never sent
- Improvement: Scheduled exports now honour the mail template selected in the automation instead of always falling back to the default
- New: Incremental / delta export – export only orders created or changed since the last successful run, keeping your ERP or accounting in sync without duplicates (Delta Export In-App Purchase)
- New: Per-profile delta toggle with a resettable watermark; works across manual, scheduled, Flow Builder and CLI exports
- Internal: The delta watermark is advanced only after a successful export and matches orders by their created or updated date
- Improvement: Added an info hint on the automation screen and in the listing clarifying that scheduled exports require an active background worker (standard on Shopware Cloud and managed hosting)
6.0.2 6.6.3.0 - 6.6.10.21
- Fix: The "Active" toggle on an export job now saves correctly, so jobs can be activated and deactivated as expected.
6.0.0 6.6.3.0 - 6.6.10.21
- Fix: Automated exports sent by email now reliably resolve the correct profile, so scheduled email delivery works as expected.
- New: Incremental / delta export. Enable it per profile to export only orders created or changed since the last successful run — ideal for keeping an ERP or downstream system in sync without duplicates. Available as an In-App Purchase; a reset option lets you force a full export on the next run.
- New: Additional export formats. Besides CSV (included), profiles can now export as Excel (XLSX), JSON or XML. Available as the "Pro Formats" In-App Purchase.
- New: One-click ERP templates (DATEV, JTL-Wawi, Billbee, Xentral, Lexware). Pick a template to pre-fill the field selection and the matching format/delimiter settings for your target system, then fine-tune before saving. Part of the "Pro Formats" In-App Purchase.
- Improvement: In the export profile detail view, the "Settings" tab now comes before "Field selection" for a more natural editing flow.
- Note: CSV stays the free default; shops without an In-App Purchase continue to export as CSV automatically.
5.2.9 6.5.0.0 - 6.5.8.19
- Fix: The job list and profile list now reliably load their entries on Shopware 6.5 (the loading routine could abort before the search and leave the grid empty).
5.2.3 6.5.0.0 - 6.5.8.19
- Modernised release for Shopware 6.5, aligned with the 6.6/6.7 versions (profile-based export model).
- Fix: Automated exports sent by email now reliably resolve the correct profile, so scheduled email delivery works as expected.
- Improvement: In the export profile detail view, the "Settings" tab now comes before "Field selection" for a more natural editing flow.
- Note: This Shopware 6.5 edition exports to CSV. Additional formats (Excel/JSON/XML), one-click ERP templates and incremental (delta) export are available on Shopware 6.6.9+ as an In-App Purchase.
5.2.2 6.5.0.0 - 6.5.8.19
5.0.21 6.7.0.0 - 6.7.12.2
- New: Additional export formats – export order profiles as Excel (XLSX), JSON or XML in addition to CSV (Pro Formats In-App Purchase)
- New: One-click ERP templates for DATEV, JTL-Wawi, Billbee, Xentral and Lexware that pre-fill the field selection and format settings (Pro Formats In-App Purchase)
- Internal: New pluggable output-format engine; the export format is enforced server-side across manual, scheduled, Flow Builder and CLI exports and falls back to CSV when the purchase is inactive
5.0.20 6.7.0.0 - 6.7.12.2
- New: All order fields are now available for selection in export profiles (e.g. tax status, currency factor, source, campaign code, created/updated date, sales channel, language, IDs and more)
- New: Added further customer fields (order customer number, company, title, account status)
- Improvement: All order associations (customer, billing/shipping address, documents, deliveries, transactions) are now reliably loaded, so selected columns always contain data
- Bugfix: Fixed errors that could occur while exporting order data
- Internal: Refactored the export engine for reliability and added an automated test suite
