This plugin extends the standard Shopware export with powerful and practical features for exporting product and variant data as CSV files. The focus is on a flexible, real-world export directly from the administration – without the limitations of the standard export.
The key advantage over the standard export:
You can export products directly from the product listing — either based on active filters or via the multi-selection of specific products. In addition, exports can be triggered via the Shopware Flow Builder on product-related events (e.g. product creation or updates).
Typical Use Cases

Export filtered product lists
Filter products in the product listing (e.g. by category, manufacturer, active status, or sales channel) and export exactly the resulting list as a CSV file. -
Export selected products (multi-selection)
Select specific products or variants in the listing and export only this selection. -
Automated exports via the Flow Builder
Trigger CSV exports automatically using the Shopware Flow Builder, e.g. on product creation, price changes, or stock updates. -
Data maintenance, backups & system integrations
