CSV Export for Customers & AddressesImportant: To use this plugin, you must install and activate the following base plugin:
This plugin extends the standard Shopware export with powerful and practical features for exporting customer and address data as CSV files. The key difference compared to the standard Shopware export: You can export customers directly from the customer listing — either based on active filters or via the multi-selection of specific customers. In addition, exports can be triggered via the Shopware Flow Builder on customer-related events (e.g. customer registration).

Export filtered customer lists
Filter customers in the customer listing (e.g. by sales channel, customer group, or status) and export exactly the resulting list as a CSV file. -
Export selected customers (multi-selection)
Select specific customers in the listing and export only this selection. -
Export on customer-related events via the Flow Builder
Trigger exports on events such as customer registration or status changes using the Shopware Flow Builder. -
GDPR requests, backups, and data transfers
Use CSV exports for data access requests, data portability, internal backups, or transfers to external systems.
