Build the forms your shop needs — by drag and drop

Drag a new form field from the overview into your form, drop it, save. That is the whole workflow. Build contact, inquiry, callback, feedback, application and support forms from multi-column rows, straight in the admin — no theme changes and no developer.

Every form gets its own email recipient, so an inquiry reaches the department that should answer it. And because the notification email carries the customer's own address as the reply-to, you simply hit reply — your answer goes straight back to the customer, with no copy-and-paste and no wrong recipient.

Fewer follow-up questions

Set rules per field: minimum and maximum characters, a value range, whole numbers only, or date limits such as "no dates in the past". The customer sees the rule right at the field while typing — including a live character counter on text areas — so incomplete or nonsensical entries are caught before the form is ever sent. Every rule is checked again on the server, so nothing slips through.

Free plan and subscription

The extension is free to use with one live form included — enough to run a contact form on your storefront at no cost. When your shop needs more, an affordable monthly subscription unlocks unlimited forms, so you only pay once you actually need additional forms.

Your forms are never deleted. If a subscription ends, your extra forms simply stop showing on the storefront while staying fully editable in the admin — and they go live again the moment you resubscribe.

• Drag-and-Drop Builder: Drag new form fields from the overview into your form — text, email, text area, selection, radio, checkbox, date, number and file upload. Adjust order and column width freely.
• Field Rules: Minimum and maximum length, value ranges, whole numbers only and date limits — shown to the customer at the field and checked again on the server.
• Recipient per Form: Give every form its own email recipient, with a different recipient per sales channel where you need one.
• Correct Reply-To Handling: Notification emails carry the customer's address as the reply-to, so answering a request takes one click.
• Submission Overview: Every submission is stored and listed per form in the admin. Open any entry to see all submitted values, the privacy consent given, and download any uploaded files.
• CSV Export: Export all of a form's submissions as a spreadsheet-ready CSV file for reporting or handover to a colleague.
• File Uploads: Set the allowed file types and the maximum size per field. Per field you decide whether the file is attached to the notification email, stored in the admin, or both. Stored files are kept privately in the backend — never publicly addressable on the web — and can be downloaded from the submission.
• Privacy Consent: Add a consent checkbox with your own text and keep a record of the consent with each submission.
• Spam Protection: Optional reCAPTCHA plus an invisible bot trap keep automated spam out of your inbox.
• CMS Element: Drop a "Form" element onto any Shopping Experiences layout and pick which form to show — landing pages, category pages, product detail pages and shop pages. The form renders and submits right inside the page.
• Confirmation Email: Optionally send an automatic confirmation to the customer after they submit.
