With this plugin, you can turn your Shopware 6 store into a smart sales machine: Instead of static “customers also bought” lists, you get AI-optimized cross-selling recommendations that continuously adapt to your customers' behavior, your product data, and current demand. This allows you to present exactly the items that are truly relevant—while increasing shopping cart value, conversion, and sales.
Intelligent recommendation engine instead of rigid rules
The recommendation engine combines your product data (category, manufacturer, price, properties, tags, etc.) with real user interactions (searches, clicks, shopping cart actions, purchases) to generate different types of recommendations:
Also suitable for Classic cross-selling box, optimized by AI based on product data. Ideal for accessories, alternatives, and complementary items related to the product currently being viewed.
In the shopping cart, recommendations can also be calculated based on the items actually in the cart—perfect for offering matching additional products in the last step before checkout.
Bestsellers
Shows what is currently being purchased particularly frequently. Orders are automatically tracked so that recommendations are always based on real sales figures.
Trends
Highlights products that have been searched for, clicked on, and ordered particularly often recently. This allows you to highlight current trends and make the most of your visitors' existing interest.
Recently viewed
Helps visitors quickly return to items they have already viewed and complete spontaneous purchases. Particularly helpful for longer product searches or when using many tabs.
Personalized
Provides recommendations based on a user's individual clicks, searches, shopping cart actions, and purchases. The more interactions take place, the more relevant the suggestions become.
With all recommendation types, you can also “pin” specific products and display them in the top positions. This allows you to always display certain top sellers, promotional products, or perfectly matching items first—ideal for campaigns, margin control, or strategically important products.

You can integrate all recommendation types exactly where they have the greatest effect:

Off-canvas of the shopping cart
When the shopping cart is opened, dynamic recommendations are generated based on the various recommendation types or current shopping cart contents. Alternatively, you can also use dynamic product groups as a source here, e.g., for promotional or campaign areas.
Shopping cart view
Recommendations can also be displayed directly on the shopping cart page – either AI-based (e.g., matching the shopping cart) or from dynamic product groups. This allows you to use the last step before checkout to offer meaningful up- and cross-sells.
For recommendations in the shopping cart and in the off-canvas, you can flexibly choose whether the source should be AI/behavioral data or dynamic product groups – or combine both in different boxes.
Complete tracking: From click to revenue
To help you understand exactly which recommendations really bring in money, the plugin tracks all relevant events:
- Searches, clicks, and page views
- Adding items to the shopping cart
- Orders and resulting sales
This provides the basis for detailed statistics and sales reports:
- Which recommendation box was displayed how often?
- How often were recommended products clicked on?
- How much revenue was generated by each individual recommendation?
- Which position (e.g., product page, shopping cart, off-canvas) works best?
This allows you to quickly identify which recommendation types and placements really perform and optimize your strategy in a targeted manner—without guessing.
Simple setup, maximum impact
The setup is deliberately kept lean:
- Select recommendation type (e.g., related products, bestsellers, trends, personalized).
- Define source (AI-based, shopping cart-based, or dynamic product group – depending on position).
- Optionally define fixed products that should always be displayed first.
- Define position in the shop (CMS block, shopping cart view, off-canvas).
- The AI, tracking, and statistics evaluation run automatically in the background. You don't have to maintain complex rules or develop your own algorithms. The plugin grows with your shop – both for small product ranges and extensive catalogs.
