About the Extension

Our app Documents / Invoices for Multiple Orders in One Single PDF allows you to automatically combine all documents of different orders from your online shop into one collected PDF and download it!

You determine the content of the dynamically generated PDF: You can choose whether you only want the invoices or delivery bills to be exported. Alternatively, you can also collect both document types directly together in one PDF!

As an additional feature, you can also generate missing documents automatically and attach them to individual Shopware orders: For example, every evening you can save the orders of the day in a PDF and print them out so that they are ready for the shipping process of the next day!

In some cases, the order number may not be the same as the delivery bill or invoice number.

We recommend the combination with our app Advanced Filter for Administration (Customers, Orders, etc.), which you can also purchase as a bundle! This gives you the possibility to select exactly which orders should be considered: Simply set the desired filters and the entries for each page. The generation of the collected document will then be based entirely on your individual settings!
