About the Extension

Offer Product Samples – Reduce Purchase Hesitation in B2B and Wholesale

Many customers hesitate to order a full carton with several units without having seen the product in person first. The sample order gives them exactly that option: you offer selected products as an affordable single sample that your customers can test at their own pace before placing the large order.

The plugin adds a sample order option to your products that you can activate or deactivate per product. You set the sample price flexibly – either individually per product via an overridden price, or centrally via a global standard sample price that applies to all activated products

Through the central configuration you control the behaviour per sales channel, define a global sample price (gross), decide whether the sample order should be active automatically for new products, and exclude individual categories by category ID where needed.

This way you reduce purchase hesitation, build trust and win over customers who might otherwise not have ordered at all – without complicated setup and without having to restructure your existing product data.
