About the Extension
wallee is a PCI compliant payment hub. This means you can integrate your preferred PSP via a standardized interface.
Should you require to add on further payment methods, this is not an issue. Activate these directly in your wallee account. Apart from your payment processes, wallee also creates PDF documents for invoices which you can print via Cloud Printing.

Increase your conversion
The payment forms are completely integrated into the checkout (no forwarding to the payment page). All payment details are transferred directly to wallee and stored there securely. All sensitive credit card details are never stored on your server. Convince yourself by watching our showcase.
One-Click Payment
Paying with just one click: The payment details of your customers are securely stored on wallee’s servers. This enables the returning customer to not have to enter their details again when proceeding to checkout.
Aside from the payment processes, wallee simplifies other tasks for you as a merchant. You are able to edit invoices through the integrated invoice editor or by editing them in your own terms. wallee has a complete dunning process, a Cloud Printing integration as well as an integration to Slack to inform you about failed payments.

The plugin is made available for you free of charge.
Security
wallee ist PCI level 1 compliant. This means that we can accept credit cards directly in your shop and process them directly in your shop without forwarding them to a payment page.

Service ist gut
seit Jahren im Einsatz
Fehlerhaft, legt den Checkout lahm
Der Support ist seit Wochen kaum erreichbar und kümmert sich um nichts. Warteschleife, Versprechungen, Vertröstungen.
Ständige Fehler, lange Wartezeiten beim Support, unzureichende Priorisierung der Anfragen
Aktuell müssen wir das PlugIn komplett deaktivieren, um Fehler im Checkout auszuschließen. Wir können nutzen wallee generell nur wegen Twint was wir jetzt seit ca. 40 Tagen schon nciht emhr anbieten könnne.
Was auch sehr ärgerlich ist, nachdem die Shopware Ticket Response Deadline um 4 Tage überschritten wurde, gab es einfach eine Schließung und den Verweis das Ticketsystem direkt über Wallee zu nutzen.
Gutes Zahlungsplugin, funktioniert stabil
Seit mehr als einem Jahr läuft Wallee sehr stabil und ohne grössere Probleme. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und binden verschiedene Zahlungsarten (Vorauskasse, PostFinance Pay, Kreditkarte) ein. Der Wallee-Support ist sehr bemüht. Kurz: Ich kann das Plugin und Wallee als Dienstleister empfehlen.
Top Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten für Schweizer Onlineshops
- Es können die Zahlungen der QR Rechnungen via PostFinance Schnittstelle automatisiert abgebucht werden.
- Prozesse können einfach umgesetzt werden (z.Bsp. automatischer Lieferscheindruck bei Zahlungsarten TWINT, Rechnung und Kartenzahlung - Lieferscheindruck bei Zahlungseingang der Vorauszahlung)
- Mahnprozess bei Rechnungen automatisiert möglich
- Abgleich Kreditkarten-, PostFinance und TWINT Transaktionen automatisch
- E-Mailbenachrichtigung Kunde bei Zahlungseingang (Rechnung und Vorauszahlung)

Da Shopware 6 regelmässig aktualisiert wird, ist beim updaten Vorsicht geboten: Wichtig ist, immer die Kompatibilität der jeweiligen Wallee Version abzuwarten.
Unter dem Strich sind wir mit dem Plugin sehr zufrieden. Die Konditionen sind viel besser als z.Bsp. bei Stripe oder PayPal und die Optimierungsmöglichkeiten sind viel grösser.
