If you have a problem, you don't have any kind of support. They reply very late to all their requests. Why you sell a plugin if you cannot give the right assistance to your customers?

We are very sorry for the late replies caused by increased demand during the last months. Still, we provided a custom fix for an issue caused by the theme in your shop. As I explained, our plugins are tested with the shopware standard theme. It seems rather unfair to uphold this negative review after we provided free custom support even though the cause was beyond our control. Best regards.
