About the Extension

See every email your shop sent. Search it, filter it, export it as .eml. Add CC, BCC and Reply-To wherever you need them.

Daturex Mail Extensions is a productivity tool for Shopware operators, customer-service teams, and anyone who has ever asked "did that order confirmation actually go out?" — or wished they could send a copy of every shipping notice to their warehouse without rebuilding their flows.

Every email your shop sent — in one place

A new admin module under Settings → Sent Emails lists every outgoing mail your shop ever produced: order confirmations, shipping notices, password resets, invoices, custom flow mails. Each entry shows sender, recipients (To, CC, BCC and Reply-To), subject, full HTML and plain-text body, attachments, status, sales channel, mail template, and timestamp.

  • Browse and filter by status, sales channel, mail template, date range
  • Search by subject or recipient address
  • Open any entry and see exactly what the recipient saw — the captured HTML body renders inside a sandboxed preview iframe in the admin
  • Download as .eml — open in any mail client, attach to a support ticket, archive externally
  • Delete with the standard Shopware ACL privilege (read / delete roles)

CC, BCC and Reply-To — globally, per template, or per Flow Builder action

Three layers, all configurable from the standard Shopware admin:

1. Globally (per sales channel). Set a global CC, BCC and Reply-To once in the plugin config. Every outgoing mail picks them up automatically. Use Twig variables like customer.email and they resolve at send time.

2. Per mail template. Open any mail template under Settings → Mail Templates, find the new "Daturex – CC / BCC / Reply-To" card, and set per-template overrides. Optionally restrict the override to specific sales channels — empty multi-select means "applies everywhere."

3. Per Flow Builder action. Three new textareas appear on the "Send Mail" action in any flow. Use them for conditional sends — forward delivery confirmations to your warehouse, copy invoices to your accounting team, send VIP-customer order confirmations to the account manager, mirror customer-recovery mails to a moderation inbox. Every Twig variable Flow Builder exposes works in these textareas.

The three layers merge deterministically. Global + template + flow CC and BCC addresses union without silent drops. Reply-To is highest-layer-wins (flow > template > global). Existing flows are completely untouched after you install — only flows you explicitly edit pick up the new fields.

Automatic archive cleanup

Keep the archive at a size that fits your operation:

  • Retention — entries older than N days (default 90, configurable; set to 0 to disable) are deleted by a daily scheduled task. Cadence (hourly / every 6 hours / daily) and chunk size are admin-tunable.
  • Customer-deletion cleanup — when you delete a customer, the plugin can optionally tidy up archive entries linked to that customer's email address. Off by default; opt in via plugin config.
  • Body and attachment size caps — HTML / plain-text body capped at 1 MB by default (truncation marker added); attachments capped at 10 MB total per mail (over the cap, the mail still sends in full, the archive entry records the skip flag). Both caps are configurable per sales channel.

How it works (the short version)

The plugin attaches subscribers to Shopware's standard mail events (MailBeforeValidateEvent, MailBeforeSentEvent, MailSentEvent, MailErrorEvent). No service decoration. No core override. Mail-send never aborts because the archive failed — every archive write is wrapped in a top-level catch and logged at WARNING level on failure. Your mails go out either way.
