Actual behaviour:

Even though delivery status filter is set to "open", orders with the delivery status ”sent/shipped" are shown. This only happens with Klarna orders. This will also cause issues with bulk edit. Also in the order overview different states are shown than in the order itself.

Expected behaviour:

Klarna-paid orders should filter the same as the other orders and actually be displayed correctly in the order overview table and should be the same as within the order itself.

How to reproduce:

Klarna paid order/delivery status change will make the order show incorrect status in overview

Nach der Version 6.5.8.10, die ich für Shopware 6 aktualisiert habe, findet bei der Durchführung des Zahlungsbestätigungsprozesses kein Bestätigungsprozess statt. Wir erhalten die folgenden Fehler in den Klarna-Protokolldatensätzen. Fehleroperationen treten gelegentlich und nicht ständig auf. Ich denke, das Problem liegt an der API. Könnten Sie uns bitte mitteilen, was das Problem verursacht?

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback und dein Interesse an unserem Plug-In., wir nehmen das auf jeden Fall mit. Aktuell stecken wir gerade mitten in der Arbeit, die Kompatibilität mit Version 6.6 unseres Plug-Ins so schnell wie möglich auf die Beine zu stellen. Leider haben unvorhersehbare Umstände und die Einarbeitung eines neuen Partners bei uns einiges durcheinander gebracht, was zu Verzögerungen geführt hat – das tut uns wirklich leid. Dein Verständnis in dieser kniffligen Lage bedeutet uns eine Menge. Unser großes Ziel ist es, dir stets die beste Verfügbarkeit und eine spitzenmäßige Erfahrung mit unserem Plug-In zu bieten. seit über 2 Monaten kann man wegen Klarna den Shop nicht updaten.
einfach schlecht. Ich werde jetzt auf Amazon Pay umstellen, dort scheint das updaten wenigstens zu klappen.

Leider können auch wir nicht das Update für Shopware 6.6 fahren, da es durch das Klarna Plugin und die fehlende Kompatibilität blockiert ist. Das Entwicklerteam hat sich wohl aufgelöst. Hier gibt es dringend Handlungsbedarf!

Wie bei jedem größeren Update bekommt es jeder mehr oder weniger zeitnah hin. Außer Klarna. Seit knappen 2 Monaten gibt es kein Unterstützung für 6.6.
