The Free Plugin Automatically Transfers Your Shopware Customers to Our Email Marketing Tool

Newsletter subscribers, buyers or other contacts – you decide who you want to transfer. Also define the recipient list you want to shift your customers to. You can also automatically create a new list for Shopware customers. The blocklist feature lets you block unwanted or problematic recipients.

Die Installation und Einrichtung verlief reibungslos und konnte innerhalb weniger Minuten abgeschlossen werden. Die Integration der Schnittstelle zur Synchronisierung der Newsletter-Empfängerkontakte funktioniert einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Plugin!

Nach Rücksprache mit dem Support gibt es aktuell leider keine Möglichkeit den Performance Problemen zu begegnen. Laut Support wurde der Fall wurde an die Entwickler weitergegeben.

Wir haben verschiedenes probiert - z.B.:
- die Sync-Intervalle auf 1x Täglich und in die Nacht zu legen:
Leider ohne Abhilfe. Sobald das Plugin aktiv ist, lädt der Shop die Seiten langsam.
- unser Host hat die Server-Konfig geprüft und für i.O. befunden.
- das Plugin haben wir mehrfach vollständig gelöscht und neu installiert

Das Plugin ist für uns so in einer Produktivumgebung leider nicht nutzbar.
Schade - wir nutzen CleverReach schon lange.
Hoffentlich gibt es bald eine Lösung.

Die Synchronisation funktioniert leidlich. Beiderseits - in Shopware, wie auch in CR - entstehen Abweichungen.

Der Support verweigert eine Einsicht in die Installation ohne dass pauschal, wie unhaltbar, auf jedwede In-Haftung-Nahme verzichtet wird.

Rückfragen bleiben wochenlang, inzwischen gänzlich ohne Antwort.

Bonus: Jede der in 2024 bis heute (26. Juni) veröffentlichen Versionen der Erweiterung synchronisiert standardmäßig vollständig im 2-Sekunden-Takt und - Extrarunde - bringt die CPU zum Kochen. Einige Abhilfe der CPU-Last schafft immerhin die manuelle Verringerung der unsinnigen Synchronisations-Frequenz, per undokumentiertem API-Call ...

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen, unser Plugin zu bewerten und Ihre Erfahrungen zu teilen!
Generell soll das Plugin in der Tat alle 5 Sekunden lang prüfen, ob neue Daten vorhanden sind - zum Beispiel neue Empfänger oder neue Käufe, um damit zeitnahe Automationen zu ermöglichen. Es können beispielhaft damit direkt nach einem Kauf eine Automationsmail geschickt werden - oder direkt nach einer Newsletteranmeldung.
Dass dies so hohe CPU-Last erzeugt sollte eigentlich nicht sein - in der Regel passiert dies, nur wenn viel auch im Shop passiert oder ein anderes Plugin zum Beispiel sehr oft Empfänger aktualisiert oder dergleichen.

Im Rahmen unserer Servicemöglichkeiten und Vorgaben können wir das selbstverständlich noch genauer anschauen, bei Bedarf - Kontaktieren Sie uns dann einfach gerne jederzeit.

Verursacht viele Probleme

Leider verursacht diese Anbindung an CR nur Probleme, trotz ausgeschalteter "Warenkorb-Erinnerungs-Funktion" können Kunden keine neuen Warenkörbe anlegen oder den letzten Erweitern, es wird IMMER nur der letzte Warenkorb wiederhergestellt. Passiert nicht bei allen Kunden/Bestellungen, aber immer wieder.
Unserer Agentur-Partner hat das Plug-in deaktiviert - leider ist das aber als CR Nutzer auch keine wirklich gute Lösung

Supportzeiten sind ein Desaster

Datenübertragung bricht ständig ab. Support braucht für jede Anfrage 3 Tage, selbst antworten auf Rückfragen dauern gerne einen Tag.
Funktional ist das Ganze sehr ok, aber Anbindung und Support sind desaströs.

EDIT: Cleverreach lässt sich einen "Premium"-Support mit ~23 Euro im Monat bezahlen. Für Reaktion in 24 Stunden (echt jetzt??). In den letzten Tagen haben wir Raidmail und Klavijo ausprobiert. Rapidmail hat bei nahezu gleichem Preis auf Fragen innerhalb von 30 Minuten eine qualifizierte Rückmeldung gegen und hat sogar unaufgefordert angerufen um technische Details zu klären. Klavijo ist eine andere Preisklasse, hat aber die Features die wir brauchen, auch hier war der Support auch ohne kostenpflichtigen Account umgehend mit qualifizierten Rückmeldungen zur Stelle.

Cleverreach hat die Funktionalitäten die wir gerne hätten. Aber noch einmal. Der Support ist aufgrund der langen Rückmeldezeit eine abolsute Katastrophe.

Unser Datenbankserver lief die ganze Zeit unter hoher Last. Kunden konnten sich teilweise nichtmal einloggen, da das 2-Minuten Timeout gegriffen hat.

Bei der Investigation ist uns aufgefallen, dass auf die Datenbank durchgängig Abfragen folgender Art liefen:

SELECT * FROM `cleverreach_entity` WHERE `shopware_id`= ...

UPDATE `cleverreach_entity` SET `type` = 'QueueItem', `index_1` = 'completed', `index_2` ...

Deaktivieren des CleverReach-Plugins war die Lösung.

Von Anfang an hatten wir (bei ca. 52 k. NL-Empfängern) Synchronisationsprobleme, trotz einer leistungsstarken Serverstruktur. In der neuesten Version läuft das zwar "etwas" besser, aber jetzt verschwinden plötzlich in CR selbst angelegte Segmente. Was hier an Aufwand unsererseits aufgekommen ist, ist eigentlich nicht mehr tragbar. Die ganze Plugin-Umsetzung ist eine Blackbox, die Serviceangebote und Servicezeiten erinnern an eine Verwaltung. Der Support über Shopware-Tickets ist leider auch wenig hilfreich und lösungsorientiert. Für Premium-Kunden, die seit fast zehn Jahren bei CR sind und viele tausend EUR Umsatz generiert haben, reicht das nicht .

Some issues and slow with new releases

I likecleverreach a lot. I used it before and the basic sync works.
What I did not get to work is the abandonned cart function .
However, the biggest issue is that I had to turn the extension off in order to upgrade to latest shopware version. The developers need to be quicker to upgrade their plugin to kepp up with shopware realeses.

Die Vermeidung von SQL-Injections ist eine "Optimierung"

Bis zu der Version 2.2.13 war in der FormRepository.php eine Sicherheitslücke in der Größe des Grand Canyons vorhanden, die von außen via SQL-Injection kompletten Zugriff auf die interne Shopware Datenbank erlaubte (Zugriff auf Kunden, Bestellungen etc.).
Mit dem Update auf 2.2.13 und der "Optimierung": Mehr Sicherheitsprüfungen eingebaut (z.B. Vermeidung von SQL-Injection), wurde die Lücke der Öffentlichkeit bekannt, was dazu geführt hat, dass erfolgreich Angriffe auf Webshops mit der vorherigen CleverReach-Version durchgeführt werden konnten.
Schlecht kommuniziert und noch schlechter umgesetzt.
Der Support und das Handling des Kundenbereichs sind ebenfalls dürftig.

How to install the CleverReach Newsletter Plugin for your Shopware 6 Store:

1. Click on the green “Add to Cart“ button and proceed to the “Checkout“. Please log into your Shopware account if you haven’t already done so.

2. Click on “Buy“ – don’t worry, the plugin is and remains free of charge.

3. After the download, you can find the plugin in the Shopware menu bar in the "Marketing" tab.

4. Click on “CleverReach” and a new plugin screen pops up.

5. Create a new CleverReach account or log into the one you already have. Danach startet die Installation.

Frequently asked questions

Error message "(InitialSyncTask) failed due to extended inactivity period"

This message means that the synchronization is taking longer than expected. At this point the timeout in the shop or app should be increased. Please send us your shop access data via support@cleverreach.de.

Error message: "Bad Request: maximum attribute count exceeded"

You have created too many data fields in your CleverReach account. A maximum of 45 data fields can be created. The Shopware interface automatically creates 17 data fields during initial import, such as first name, last name, address, etc. Therefore, delete data fields from your CleverReach account that are unfilled or no longer needed.

Migration assistant from plugin version 1.x.x to 2.0.0
Existing CleverReach users using the shopware integration will be migrated to the new version without any need to log in again. Within the migration process, all shopware customers who have activated the newsletter will automatically be transferred to CleverReach as active recipients. Other recipient groups (purchase customers or contacts) are neither synchronized nor deleted in CleverReach.
