Stop guessing who your best customers are. Customer Intelligence analyzes your order history and automatically segments every customer into one of 10 actionable groups - from Champions to At Risk.
How it works:
Every customer is scored on three dimensions: how recently they ordered (Recency), how often they order (Frequency), and how much they spend (Monetary). These RFM scores determine which segment each customer belongs to.
The plugin uses a hybrid scoring approach that works reliably for brand-new shops with just a handful of orders as well as established stores with thousands of customers. No manual configuration needed - install, calculate, and start understanding your customers.
Your dashboard gives you a complete overview at a glance: total scored customers, average customer lifetime value, revenue at risk from fading customers, and a segment-by-segment breakdown with key metrics like average order value and purchase frequency.
Click into any segment to see individual customers with their scores, estimated lifetime value, and churn risk indicator. Compare any two segments side by side to understand the differences.
All processing happens locally in your Shopware installation. No customer data is sent to external servers. No tracking, no cookies, no third-party services. GDPR compliant by design.
Works with Shopware 6.6 and 6.7.
