Description

The Webgains app creates a CSV feed according to the Webgains specifications and at the same time integrates the tracking code for commission determination in Webgains.

Configuration manual

Step 1: 

Install and activate the app. 


Step 2: 

If necessary, create a dynamic product group if it does not already exist.


Step 3: 

Create a new sales channel 'Product comparison' and select 'webgains (CSV)' as the template. Adjust other sales channel settings as required, assign dynamic product groups, activate sales channels and save them. After saving, switch to the Template tab and check the template for errors. ('Test template' or 'Generate preview' must not display an error message) 


Step 4: 

Configure the app: Enter the Webgains program ID and event ID (you will receive this data from Webgains) and activate the app (configure for each sales channel if necessary) 


 Further information such as payment methods, shipping countries and delivery costs are optional.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE* - If you already have Webgains Plugin installed, and want to use Retargeting/Remarketing Container, CSV Export Feed should be adjusted. There are two ways to do that: 

    1. Create New Sales Channel > Product Comparison with webgains template

    2. Make template changes in your existing Webgains Sales Channel.
