Configuration Manual for Product Labels Plugin

Once the Product Labels plugin is installed and activated, all configurations can be managed directly from the Shopware admin.

Admin Navigation Path: Content > Product Labels

In this section, admins can create and manage multiple product labels using a flexible and powerful configuration form. Below is a detailed explanation of each available option.

Label Information

Name: Define the internal name of the label for easy identification within the admin panel.
Rule Type (Condition Logic): Determines when the label should be applied based on product conditions.
- Dynamic Product Group: Select one or more dynamic product groups. Labels will be displayed for products matching the selected groups.
- Promotion: Apply labels based on active promotions. A dropdown will appear to select the desired promotion.
Note: Based on the selected rule type, the relevant fields (product group or promotion) will be displayed dynamically.
Customer Group: Restrict label visibility to specific customer groups. Multiple selections are supported.
Sales Channel: Define where the label should be visible (e.g., Storefront, API). Multiple sales channels can be selected.

Display Settings

Display in Product Detail Page (PDP): Toggle (ON/OFF) to enable or disable label visibility on the product detail page.
Label Position: Choose the placement of the label on the product image or listing:
- Top Left
- Top Right
- Bottom Left
- Bottom Right
Additional positions can be added if required.

Label Type Configuration

Label Type: Define how the label will be displayed:
- Media: Upload an image (icon, badge, etc.) to be used as the product label.
- Custom: Fully customize the label design using styling options.

Custom Label Design Options

Label Name: Text displayed inside the label.
Label Color: Define the text color.
Label Background Color: Set the background color.
Label Shape: Choose from multiple shapes such as:
- Circle
- Rectangle
- Triangle
- Star
- Ribbon
Label Font: Select the font style.
Label Font Weight: Adjust font thickness (e.g., normal, bold).
Label Font Height: Control the overall label size and spacing.

Media Label Settings

Media Upload: Upload an image file that will be displayed as the label for applicable products.

By configuring these options, you can fully control how product labels are displayed across your store. This helps highlight important products, promotions, and offers, improving visibility and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
