This plugin enables your customers to create a return directly from the "My Account" area and to generate a DHL label and a return slip. This will reduce your effort when processing returns and increase the customer friendliness of your shop.

General return process
In the order overview in the "My Account" area, the customer has the option of requesting a return for all orders that are eligible for a return. Here he has to select which parts of the order and in what quantity he would like to return. In addition, depending on the plugin configuration, the customer has to give a reason why he would like to return that article. Optionally, the customer can add a comment for the return.
After the customer has confirmed the information, he will be taken to the final page. On this, he will be informed about the next steps (download the DHL label and return slip and take the package to the nearest DHL branch)
The customer can subsequently access all returns made under the menu item Returns in the "My Account" area.
DHL Returns Label
Die The DHL label is created using the access data for the DHL business customer portal. To do this, DHL sales only needs to enable your access to the DHL Returns API. You can use the plugin configuration to define the label generation for each recipient country.
Return slip
Optionally, a return slip can be made available to the customer as a PDF. The customer is instructed on the PDF to include this in the package in order to make it easier for you as the shop operator to assign the return.
Direct link for guest orders
Since customers do not receive the Have the opportunity to get into the "My Account" area, an SEO Url can be defined in the plugin configuration (e.g. www.shop.de/ruecksendung), under which customers can authorize themselves with, for example, order number and email address, in order to be able to apply for a return.
Restrictions for returns
The following restrictions can be defined in the plugin configuration:
- Active
The plugin can be activated or deactivated for each shop. - X days after receipt of order
Number of days after the order, in which a return can be requested. The default is 20 days. - Maximum product weight in kilograms
All articles that overwrite this weight are given a note in the selection and cannot - Restrict returns to order status
Defines that a return is only possible if a certain order status exists. The status Completed is preconfigured here by default. - Restrict returns to delivery status
Analogous to the order status, a delivery status can also be specified, which must be present as a prerequisite for a return. This is sent or partially sent as standard. - Restrict returns to customer groups
A restriction according to customer groups is also possible
Reason for return
Whether the customer has to give a reason for the return position or not can be defined in the configuration. The available reasons can also be stored in the configuration.
Notification of a new return
If desired, an email address can be stored in the plugin configuration to which an information is sent, if a new return has been created by a customer.
Administration of returns
All returns can be managed in an admin module under Orders & gt; Returns can be viewed. Among other things, the status of the return can be adjusted here. This status is registered with the customer under "My Account" & gt; Returns issued.
Adaptability
All texts were stored as text modules and can be freely adapted. The e-mail and the return slip can also be freely adjusted via the settings e-mail templates or documents in the administration.
