About the Extension

A permanent user account is an important tool for boosting customer loyalty in your shop. This plugin allows customers placing a guest order to create a user account with a single click. Our plugin integrates a simple and unobtrusive banner in your checkout (placements can be switched on and off in plugin configuration) containing a short info for guest users and link to switch to a full account. Once the guest order has been placed, your customer will automatically receive an email prompting them to set a password.

Furthermore, as a shop owner, you have the option of converting your guest customer into a registered user directly within the admin panel. At this stage, you can decide whether to send an automated email to generate a password, or whether to assign the password yourself.

Bisher haben wir Gastkonten mithilfe eines anderen Plugins manuell in Kundenkonten umgewandelt – etwas umständlich, aber für uns notwendig.
Mit diesem Plugin haben wir nun nicht nur die gleiche Funktion, sondern zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, dass Kunden auch nach Abschluss des Checkouts selbstständig ein Kundenkonto anlegen können. Das erspart uns enorm viel manuellen Aufwand und reduziert gleichzeitig unsere Kosten, da wir für beide Funktionen nur noch ein einziges Plugin benötigen.
Die Installation war sehr einfach. Anfangs gab es zwar ein paar kleinere Schwierigkeiten, aber der Support war exzellent, schnell und unkompliziert und hat das Problem direkt gelöst.
Für uns eine echte Arbeitserleichterung – top Plugin und absolut empfehlenswert!
