Consultants order for your customers
With this plugin, sellers can order for customers assigned to them - and at the same time Customize shopping cart and individual Pick up pseudo-articles (e.g. markups or markdowns).
The alternative to the popular (but often buggy) shopware plugin "Backend orders". The perfect solution for sellers, distributors and Consultants who want to place orders for customers - e.g. at the customer's premises before place or during a telephone consultation.
You can define a customer account as "Consultant" in the administration (in the additional fields). This seller can then log in as any customer assigned to him and can order. The assignment is either done in the administration - or the consultant creates yourself a new customer in the store. After logging in as a customer, the seller can put together his shopping cart and finally, on behalf of the customer, place an order.
The consultant can thus individually store discounts for articles or various surcharges. In addition, he can create any form of pseudo-articles - with free article number, individual name and configurable price, both positive markups and negative markdowns. Thus can e.g. a reference to gift wrapping paper, a catalog or a shipping discount can be stored.
Provision
Since Shopware 6 no longer offers its own affiliate program, this plugin can also be a successor no longer use the affiliate program to commission a seller. However, we have written our own affiliate program plugin, which works with this seller plugin works together. Our affiliate program Plugin can be found in the Shopware Community Store or you can buy it directly as a bundle. If you purchased the affiliate program and installed, then you can activate whether a seller is automatically sent to should be registered with this partner program. Thus the seller receives a commission for each order of an assigned customer and can either exchange them for vouchers or have the credit balance paid out.
Procedure
- you designate one or more customer accounts as salesman
- you can already assign other customers to this account so that the seller can order for these customers
- the consultant can view the customers assigned to him or register new ones in a customer account in the shop
- the consultant can log in as these customers, adjust the shopping cart and order on behalf of these customers
