This extension turns your Shopware shop into a store where customers don't just buy — they get rewarded. Starting at cart values you define individually, they automatically receive gifts, free products, or discounts — a proven lever for noticeably increasing average order value, reducing cart abandonment, and building an emotional connection to your brand. Instead of rigid campaign tools, this extension delivers a fully configurable reward system that fits seamlessly into your existing assortment, customer groups, and currencies.
At its core are reward groups with any number of tiered thresholds. You decide whether customers pick one reward per group, get an additional reward for each cart-value tier they reach, or receive just one reward across all groups combined. This makes it equally easy to run classic loyalty gifts, tiered promotions, seasonal campaigns, Black Friday bonuses, or cross-selling strategies. On the cart page, an unobtrusive progress bar shows in real time how far the customer still is from the next reward — a proven psychological lever that motivates continued shopping and makes the missing amount immediately visible.
Available reward types are free products including variants, fixed discounts (e.g. €5 off the cart) and percentage discounts (e.g. 10%). All types can be freely combined within a single group. The reward selection can be placed above, below, or next to the cart — as a product slider or as a clean list. Optionally, the selection is also shown in the offcanvas cart, so customers see their gifts right when adding new products. For shops with mixed assortments or distinct target audiences, rewards can be restricted using Shopware's Rule Builder — for example by customer group, category, delivery country, or any custom condition. Automatic reward assignment can take every click-decision off the customer's hands: depending on the mode, either the first reached reward or all reached rewards are added to the cart automatically.
The extension is designed to be fully international. Names and descriptions for groups and items can be maintained per language, and thresholds can be defined separately per currency — without imprecise automatic conversion. This means that even across mixed sales channels, every campaign stays exactly the way you calculated it. Administration happens through a modern interface built on the Meteor Admin SDK, with an overview, detail view, and a convenient items grid. Because the extension ships its own entities and services and integrates cleanly into the Shopware cart lifecycle, it works reliably alongside existing promotions, shipping-cost calculations, and checkout extensions. For the shop operator, this means more revenue, higher conversion, and happier customers — with no technical risk and no limitations in day-to-day operations.
