DESCRIPTION

Turn one-time buyers into loyal customers: bonus points for every purchase, loyalty tiers with a multiplier and a rewards catalog - a complete loyalty program that you control entirely in the Shopware administration.

The plugin combines four building blocks into one system: a flexible points engine, a traceable points account, redemption in the cart and an optional tier model. You decide what customers earn points for, how much a point is worth and how it is redeemed - from a simple cash discount to a free reward product.

Why a dedicated loyalty program?

Discount codes and one-off vouchers create short-term revenue but no real loyalty. Anyone who wants to build repeat customers needs a reason to return: a growing points balance, a visible tier, an attainable reward. Loose voucher campaigns are hard to evaluate and erode your margin.

This plugin brings earning, tiers, rewards and expiry together into one traceable system. Every booking is documented; balances and tiers are recalculated fresh from the points account on every request and cannot drift apart. Everything is configured in the administration, without custom development.

Earn points with a flexible engine

Customers earn points per order using the formula amount times rate times multiplier plus bonus. You define the points rate, whether the calculation is based on the amount actually paid or the original price, how rounding works and whether shipping costs count. In addition, there are action bonuses for registration, newsletter sign-up and birthday.

Booster campaigns for targeted actions

With boosters you increase earning on a schedule or in a targeted way: as a multiplier or as a fixed bonus, optionally limited to a dynamic product group, with a start and end date and bound to a Shopware rule. Customer triggers let you address exactly the right group, for example birthday customers, newsletter subscribers, customers above a certain order count or the win-back of inactive customers. When several boosters run at the same time, combination rules control the result.

Loyalty tiers with a multiplier

Maintain your own tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Titanium by default) with a points threshold, a minimum order count and an earn multiplier. A tier counts as reached only when both criteria are met. You choose between a rolling time window and a lifetime score; upgrades and downgrades run automatically, including a grace period on downgrade. The tier system can be switched off completely if your program should run on points alone.

Redemption in the cart

Customers redeem their points directly in the cart: via a cash-discount slider, via free reward products or combined. You set the conversion, the minimum and maximum spend and the step size. A live check and a budget guard prevent over-redemption so that balance and discount always match.

A traceable points account

Behind the scenes, a points account works with clear status transitions: pending, booked, cancelled. Order points mature only after an adjustable period (and optionally only once the order is marked as completed) before they become redeemable. Points expire after a configurable validity, with an optional advance reminder email. Cancellation, expiry and redemption run through clean counter-bookings on a first-in-first-out basis; every booking carries a complete calculation record. If needed, you correct the balance manually in the customer tab.

Goals and milestones

Define lifetime points milestones that trigger a bonus once or repeatedly. This rewards not just individual purchases but loyalty across the entire customer relationship.

Visible throughout the storefront

The program is present for the customer everywhere: points hints on product detail and listing pages ("from X points" for tiered and variant prices), a membership card with a redemption slider and a rewards slider in the cart, an account page with balance, history, tier ladder, goals and redeemable rewards, plus a compact box in the account sidebar. Several storefront themes adapt the look to your shop.

Admin module and reporting

In the administration (under "Customers", the "Loyalty points" menu item) you find a dashboard with key figures, statistics, a customer tab with balance and history, and manual booking. Email notifications (points credited, points expiring, goal reached, tier reached, birthday) run through the Shopware Flow Builder and are fully customizable. A token-free unsubscribe link respects your customers' opt-out preferences.

Close to Shopware standards

The plugin uses existing Shopware concepts instead of parallel isolated solutions: a dedicated Flow Builder action for crediting points, dedicated Rule Builder conditions (points balance, tier), email delivery through the standard flow system and a configuration whose relevant options can be set per sales channel.
