Description
With this plugin, your customers can easily recommend your shop to friends and automatically receive vouchers as a reward. Satisfied customers are the best form of advertising – use this potential and turn your customers into active advocates for your shop.
Once a customer joins the referral program, they receive a personal referral link as well as an individual referral code. These can be shared with friends, family, or acquaintances – for example via message, email, or social networks.
When a new customer visits your shop through a referral and successfully completes an order, an individual voucher code is automatically generated for the referring customer. This allows your customers to receive a reward for every successful recommendation.
The plugin integrates seamlessly into your shop’s customer account area. Customers can view their referral link, referral code, as well as an overview of referred friends and received vouchers at any time.
Instructions
- Install the extension
- Configure the extension according to your requirements
- Your customers will find the new menu item "Refer a Friend" in their customer account
- Here, customers can join the referral program
- Customers can generate referral links here to share with their friends
- In the administration, you can find all participating customers under Marketing → Refer a Friend
