About the Extension
Questions and Answers for products
Offer your customers the opportunity to ask public questions about products. You can answer these questions either via the administration or other customers can ask the question about the shop. This way your customers can exchange information with each other and often questions relieve your support. If desired, you can activate that questions must be checked by you before publication. Therefore these questions is only published as soon as you activate the question in the administration.
Notifications
The question creator can activate an email notification. Thus he will is informed directly as soon as an answer to his question has been written.
Inheritance
By default, all questions from all sales channels and all languages displayed in every shop. However, you can change the inheritance of questions to Configure sales channels and languages. For example, you can configure that in the English Shop only English questions and answers should be displayed.
Instructions
- install the plugin
- configure the plugin according to your wishes
- configure the email template for notifications according to your wishes

Hervorragendes Plugin mit blitzschnellem Support!
Sehr zufrieden
Wenn ich einen Verbesserungsvorschlag machen kann oder mir ein Feature wünschen könnte: Eine Mail Benachrichtigung für den Shopbetreiber wenn eine neue Frage reinkommt. Man muss sonst wirklich jeden Tag einmal unter "Fragen und Antworten" nachschauen ob es neue Fragen gibt. Kurze Info per Mail wäre echt klasse. Dann wäre es perfekt.
Nachtrag zu meiner Bewertung:
Samstag um 13 Uhr habe ich diese Bewertung geschrieben, heute Abend schaue ich in den Shop, Update für das Plugin verfügbar. Händler Benachrichtigung ist nun drin und möglich. Soeben ausprobiert und klappt alles reibungslos. Ich habe schon vieles erlebt, aber noch nie so eine schnelle Reaktion, und das an einem Samstag. Dazu kann man nichts sagen, das macht sprachlos. Hammer ! TAUSEND DANK
