Description
The Form Manager allows you to create individual forms for your storefront easily and flexibly – without any programming knowledge. You can define your own form fields, structure content, and design the layout according to your requirements. The created forms can be integrated directly into Shopping Experiences and used flexibly across different pages of your shop.
After a form is submitted, the transmitted data is automatically processed and stored. Optionally, an email notification can be sent to the shop operator for each form.
The created forms can then be selected as a dedicated element within Shopping Experiences and placed flexibly on any page of your storefront. The Form Manager is ideal for contact forms, quote requests, service forms, or other custom use cases and provides a flexible foundation for your own form processes.
Instructions
- Install the extension
- Configure the extension according to your requirements
- In the administration under "Content" -> "Form Manager" you can create forms and view all submitted entries with their data
- Click "Create form" to generate a new form
- Enter a name and save the form
- Then open the "Elements" tab to define the structure and input fields of the form
