The emarketing plugin takes care of all technical tasks, such as creating and updating the product data feed and installing conversion tracking for Google Ads and Facebook & Instagram. 

For advertising on Google, existing Google Ads and Merchant Center accounts can be connected to emarketing. If required, these accounts can be recreated automatically on behalf of the merchant. 

The emarketing account can be created via the plugin, and login is then straightforward from within the plugin.

In the emarketing account, Google Smart Shopping campaigns as well as campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (retargeting, lookalike, cross & upselling) can be set up quickly and easily. No prior knowledge is required. All campaigns are automatically and continuously optimized to achieve the best possible sales. The emarketing dashboard provides detailed information on all product and performance data. In addition, various tools are available to analyze and improve your own competitiveness: The emarketing price comparison shows the competitor prices on Google Shopping and Amazon for one's own product range and names the cheapest competitor in each case. The results of this price comparison can be used to optimize the product selection for campaigns so that, for example, only products that can be offered at a competitive price are advertised. In addition, emarketing offers Dynamic Repricing, which can automatically reprice prices in the Shopware backend based on various strategies.

Using the emarketing platform requires signing up for a paid plan, the standard plan starts at an affordable €199/month. 

All plans can be cancelled at the end of each month, there is no contract period. 

If emarketing does not achieve the defined performance three months after conclusion of the plan, the costs paid for the emarketing plan up to that point will be refunded.

All users receive a free initial consultation upon request. After completion of a plan, emarketing is available to answer questions via chat / e-mail as well as by telephone. 

The type and scope of support as well as response times are based on the selected plan.

Installation manual

After installing and activating the plugin via the Shopware Community Store, the plugin creates an entry named "emarketing" in the main navigation on the left. 

Afterwards, you must either create a new account with emarketing, 

or connect your existing emarketing account with the emarketing plugin.

If you do not have an account with emarketing yet:

Open the emarketing plugin in the Shopware backend via the menu bar on the left by clicking on the emarketing entry.

Click Sign up in the plugin, you will be redirected to the emarketing login page. Enter an email address to create your emarketing account, you will be logged in automatically.

In the emarketing account, click Link Google now and follow the instructions to give emarketing access to your Google Ads and Merchant Center. The emarketing plugin can only be used after you have successfully connected to Google Ads and Merchant Center.

If you already have an emarketing account:

Open the emarketing plugin in the Shopware backend via the menu bar on the left by clicking on the emarketing entry.

In the plugin, click Connect account. You will be redirected to the emarketing login page. 

Click either Login with Google or Login with emarketing.

Log in with the user data of your Google user account, 

or with the user data of your emarketing account to connect the plugin with the existing emarketing account.
