Automatic Scheduling

Create promotion plans with flexible timing: one-time actions, daily, weekly or monthly recurring schedules. PromoPilot activates and deactivates your promotions automatically at the right moment – even outside business hours.

Guardrails – Safety Net for Your Margins

Define protection rules that automatically pause, stop or adjust your promotions: maximum discount amount, percentage cap, stock threshold, order count or revenue limit. Prevent costly mistakes before they happen.

Simulate plan execution before going live. Check for time conflicts, guardrail triggers and active time windows – without activating a single promotion.

Conflict Detection

PromoPilot automatically detects overlaps between promotions: time overlaps, exclusive promotions, product conflicts and discount stacking. Conflicts are rated by severity (Low to Critical) and displayed visually in the calendar.

Calendar View

Visualize all scheduled promotions in month, week or day view. Color-coded events show status at a glance. Conflicts are highlighted directly in the calendar.

A/B Testing

Create controlled tests with multiple variants and automatic traffic distribution. Track impressions, conversions, revenue and conversion rate. PromoPilot calculates statistical significance and recommends the winner.
