About the Extension

Our extension allows you to cancel individual items or parts of an order and generate a legally compliant document for this process. By default, Shopware only offers the options to cancel the order in full or to manually create a credit note.

This is where our extension for Shopware 6 comes in. It adds a new ‘Cancelled’ column to the item overview. The quantity of the cancelled product is entered in the ‘Cancelled’ column and automatically deducted from the ordered quantity.

To initiate the cancellation, simply select the items and click ‘Cancel’ next to ‘Delete’. A module opens showing the selected items, where you can specify the quantity of items to be cancelled.

The extension then checks whether an invoice exists. If so, a cancellation or correction invoice can be created straight away. The cancelled quantity is automatically reduced in the order line item. At the same time, the stock is released for sale again without any delay. What makes this special is that there is no minimum quantity for a cancellation; even a single product can be cancelled. Items from orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled retrospectively.
