About the Extension

Our extension integrates a clearly visible revocation button in theservice navigation (minimal footer) of your shop – directly accessible everywhere also in the mobile version (mobile footer), fully customisable and ideal for meeting legal requirements.

Since version 6.7.9.0, Shopware provides an integrated solution that reliably enables compliance with the legal requirements of the revocation button obligation effective from June 19, 2026, in the standard storefront.

For setup, you can use the experience world “Standard shop pages layout with form for revocation requests” or create a new experience world. In your own experience world, the CMS element “Form” is added and the form type “Revocation” is selected. Afterwards, configure the new Flow Builder function “Online revocation request sent” and, if necessary, adjust the new email templates “Revocation request received” and

“Revocation request submitted” according to your needs. Then activate the display “Revoke a Contract” in the master data; the button will then appear in the footer. Further information can be found in the Shopware documentation. This fulfills the basic requirements for compliance with the new EU Directive 2023/2673.

What is missing, however, is the prominent placement and easy accessibility, ideally on every page of the shop. In addition, it should be easy to read and visually stand out from the rest of the website design. This is where our extension comes in. It adds the revocation button to the end of the shop’s service navigation, ensuring that it is directly accessible on every page, including in the mobile view. With the available settings, the button can be customized so that it is clearly visible while still matching the shop’s corporate identity.
