About the Extension
In contrast to Shopware 5, Shopware 6 does not allow you to change the shipping method selected by the customer in the backend after completing an order. With the help of our plugin, the shipping method can be adjusted by the operator in the Shopware administration afterwards, for example if the customer subsequently decides in favour of express shipping. This eliminates the need for a time-consuming cancellation process and the triggering of a new order. The shipping costs incurred by adjusting the shipping method can be entered manually.
In this way, our extension enables shop operators to respond quickly and easily to the individual wishes of their customers.
