About the Extension
Shopware Pre Order Plugin
This module enables customers to place orders for products that are not yet available in your store. To place a pre-order, the customer must be logged in. Pre-order is a marketing concept for industries such as retail, manufacturing, publishing, and so on that allows buyers to keep products in stock before they are released.
This plugin is only available in english language.
This plugin setting does not apply to customer group prices.

User-friendly and self-intuitive interface.
Only 1 quantity of an article can be added in Preorder.
Only one item is added to cart while using Preorder functionality.
In case of Preorder customer just need to pay specific amount for the product which is not actual product price, The preorder amount can be set via admin.
If Preorder product is already added in the cart you cannot add any other preorder product item or any other normal product item in cart, On checkout it show the preorder product item which is already in the cart.

How to Configure Preorder plugin:
Install Plugin then configure plugin settings you must need to activate for all sales channels (Default Inactive).
Then for setting the product as Preorder you need to select Product -> Specifications -> Custom Field Section.
First You need to activate Preorder for that product for that go to "Pre Order is Active" tab and then Preorder price then you are able to see that product as Preorder for that you need to select tab "Pre Order Product Price".
How to view Preorder:
Orders -> Select order with Preorder status -> view
In view you can update order state -> You can set the order status to In Progress/Cancelled
Admin is not able to change Payment Status and Delivery status.
How to uninstall Preorder:
Go to Extensions -> My extensions -> PreOrder -> Click Uninstall -> Select option -> Remove all app data permanently -> click uninstall
When you want to delete data permanently you must select "Remove all app data permanently" this option. otherwise the data will always be there in database.
When the extension is uninstalled it will also its related configrations, related data existed in product and other co-related data from database but it will never remove preorders because the invoice for those orders are already generated.
Limitations:
Only when we change the language of order it will effect on language of orders, not effected by admin language.
Process of Preorder on Customer Level:
A customer can add the preorder product to cart and order a single product at Pre order price.
Customer is able to view the status of its order.
Customer can add the preorder product to cart but as other orders it is also required to register and login before checkout.
