About the Extension

With Shopware 6.4, the new function "Layout Assignment" was added to article editing. Over 90% of Shopware users currently work with the "standard product page layout" and do not actively select this for an article.

However, the new function now makes it possible to assign a layout to each product, which can be specially tailored via the experience worlds. 

This plugin is required so that the Tabs Advanced plugin can now be combined with this option. In combination with our "Tabs Advanced" plugin, it enables the use of an actively selected product detail page template via layout assignment in article editing ("Layout" admin tab).

Note: If no layout is selected, this plugin is not required!

As of Shopware 6.6, this function is integrated in our main plugin and the extension is no longer required.
