About the Extension
This plugin adds a new section to the customer's account area in the storefront, displaying their personal shopping statistics.
It gives a clear overview of orders, product reviews, favorite categories, and more, making the shopping experience more transparent and personalized.
By engaging the customer with their own data, the plugin helps to increase the likelihood of repeat purchases, boost conversion rates, and strengthen trust in the shop.
Installation
- Log into the Shopware backend.
- Navigate to the menu item "Extensions" and select "Manage extensions".
- In the store, you will find the plugin "Customer Statistics in the Storefront | Esono". Click on "Add to basket".
- After downloading, go to "My extensions". Click on "Install" and then on "Activate".
Configuration
- Ensure the plugin is not only installed but also activated in the admin area.
- Set the date format for how dates will appear in the user's statistics tab. Default is d.m.Y.
Use in backend
- Configure the display format for dates shown on the frontend statistics screen.
Use in frontend
- The customer will automatically see a new "Statistics" tab in their profile.
- Displayed statistics include:
- Date of account creation
- Number of orders placed
- Date of last order
- Most purchased category
- Most purchased products
- Most purchased brands
- Number of reviews and average rating
