ACS Informatik focuses on products, projects and services for improving address quality in sales applications and their environment, in CRM and ERP systems, in online stores, address databases and generally wherever small, large or very large address databases need to be managed.

Its product q.address is characterized by a wide range of program and application variants: In addition to the stand-alone version, which cleans addresses in conventional files and in databases, we offer integrations into the business applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Marketing & Sales, CE (CRM), BC (NAV) and F&O, into Salesforce and into the SAP application systems SAP ERP, SAP CRM and SAP IS. For the integration of the q.address functionality in the cloud, the q.address Cloud Services are available.

With our q.address Shopware extension, we support your shop customers in entering their billing and delivery addresses with smart assistance, including AutoComplete, AutoFill and AutoCorrect as well as the map-based search of DHL Packstations and parcel shops, name checking and correction and the checking and formatting of telephone numbers. As an app ("App First"), q.address supports all Shopware platforms Cloud (SaaS), Paas and Self-hosted.

We also realise customised Shopware apps for your online shop and - based on q.address - solutions for connecting your shop to your Dynamics 365, Salesforce or SAP systems.
