About the Extension
Use this instead of the old bullets about “Cancel → homepage”, “Confirm Cancellation”, and “both get email with all products”:Actions at the bottom of the flow
- Close / Back — Closes the modal or returns to the previous step. The customer is not sent to the homepage; nothing is submitted until they confirm in the last step.
- Cancel selected products — Opens a confirmation step inside the same modal: the customer sees the selected products and quantities and can choose “No, go back” or “Yes, cancel”. Only after “Yes, cancel” is the request sent.
- The shop (admin) receives an email with customer details, order number, order date, and the list of selected products and quantities (recipient: plugin setting Admin e-mail or the sales channel default contact email).
- The customer receives a short confirmation email (default templates do not repeat the full product list).
- The plugin does not change the order in Shopware (no automatic cancellation or line-item updates). It only sends the emails so you can check the request and process it manually or in your ERP.
